In April 2023, the community of Uvalde, Texas came together to celebrate el Día del Niño, a day dedicated to honoring and celebrating young children. The event was filled with fun activities for the whole family, including games, giveaways, and snacks.
The Uvalde community came together for the first healing event at the ECD (Early Childhood Development) center in August 2022. The center was adorned with decorations, and the atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as families arrived dressed as their favorite superheroes. The children enjoyed playing games, story time, and face painting at the event.
