Nevada

Workforce
CPLC YouthBuild
CPLC YouthBuild helps young people ages 16–24 earn their high school equivalent while gaining valuable workforce and leadership skills. Participants receive education support, career readiness training, and hands-on learning opportunities designed to prepare them for long-term employment and career pathways.
A key component of the program includes construction skills training, where participants gain practical, hands-on experience in the building trades. Through this training, youth learn foundational construction techniques, workplace safety, teamwork, and industry-recognized skills that can lead to employment in the construction and skilled trades sectors.
In addition to workforce training, participants receive mentorship, leadership development opportunities, and support services to help them build confidence and create a path toward a stable future.
