Utility Assistance


APS Customers can receive assistance with past-due utility bills.

The Utility Assistance Program provides financial assistance of up to $800 for families who may be behind on their APS bill.

How to apply

  1. To request APS Utility Assistance, call the following number on a Monday or Wednesday between 9am–12pm or 2pm–4pm: (602) 618-1974
  2. Pre-screening will be conducted to determine your eligibility
  3. If you are eligible for APS utility assistance, a phone interview will be scheduled.
