Utility Assistance

CPLC and APS are collaborating to provide utility bill assistance for families.

The Utility Assistance Program provides financial assistance of up to $400 for families in crisis who are behind on their APS bill or currently unable to pay their bill.

Qualifications

There are specific qualifications for this assistance, so please call ahead ((602) 618-1974) to ensure you qualify and have the necessary paperwork available. Any missing documents will delay the process.

What paperwork do I need to bring in?

The person who’s name is on the APS account must bring the following in person. Any missing documents will delay the process.

Please call ahead of time to ensure eligibility and to determine which documents to bring in.

How will my income be determined?

We determine it by either your monthly gross income and household size OR your Public Assistance Benefits.
