Valley of the Sun United Way

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) is proud to be a partner organization with United Way.  Partnering with Valley of the Sun United Way has allowed CPLC to provide opportunities thereby improving lives under its three initiatives Learning, Empowering and Caring. 

By partnering with the United Way, CPLC has helped women, children and families in need.  This past year CPLC through grants and donor designations from United Way raised more than $230,000 for CPLC and its cadre of programs/services.  These funds help more than 2,000 individuals in dire need throughout the State of Arizona. 

Programs receiving funding allocations from Valley of the Sun United Way include CPLC De Colores Domestic Violence Shelter, CPLC Early Head Start, Senior Services, Youth Services, Emergency Assistance, Housing/ Debt Counseling and the Safe Haven After-school Program.
