CPLC is dedicated to ensuring the welfare of its constituents, because it believes that the foundation of any community is its people.  CPLC offers a myriad of social services to ensure that all individuals have the opportunity to lead good quality lives.

CPLC is one of a handful of agencies to offer services addressing the needs of youth through elderly populations.  Its programs are culturally-competent, family-focused and are designed to promote healthy, independent living.   In response to a society whose challenges are mounting at an alarming pace, CPLC promotes wellness and encourages self-dignity, self-sufficiency, and most importantly, family growth. 

CPLC not only provides the most comprehensive range of services, but does so in fourteen of the fifteen Arizona counties.   As one of the leading social service providers, CPLC is continually evaluating its services to ensure the relevance of its programs.  As the demographics of its constituents continue to evolve, CPLC will strive to develop programs that will positively impact the changing population it serves.
