Pre-Natal Care

Kids! Bright and Healthy is a non-profit program through Chicanos Por la Causa, Inc. that provides medical and educational services to pregnant women in the Queen Creek area.

Kids! Bright and Healthy assists low-income women in the Queen Creek area to receive information and supportive home visits related to pregnancy, nutrition, childbirth, breastfeeding, early childhood development and safety. In addition, eligible low-income women without health insurance are offered assistance to pay for prenatal care. Enrollees enjoy increased bonding with their babies before and after pregnancy, and receive developmental assessments of their new babies until one year of age. Additional services include discounted vision and dental services, emergency diapers, transportation to classes, translation and referrals for other family needs.

To organize a fundraiser, donate to Kids! Bright and Healthy, enroll or refer a friend, contact Project Coordinator Jeanie Olivares at 602-695-2349 or e-mail jeanie.olivares@cplc.org.
