Single Family

CPLC continually tries to provide Arizona residents with the opportunity to realize their dream of becoming first-time homeowners.  CPLC’s community development program provides a comprehensive curriculum for successful placement of first time homebuyers in tandem with counseling of existing homeowners and renters with housing related issues, including landlord tenant disputes, predatory lending, eviction and foreclosure issues.

The specific program components that target low to moderate income families include housing counseling and homebuyer education and outreach programs, infill rehabilitation and construction of new affordable housing units, both on scattered in-fill sites within long-time neighborhoods and creating new subdivisions.
