Tiempo, Inc.

CPLC's for-profit subsidiary, has become an economic engine through the construction, renovation, and management of buildings, the creation of jobs, economic development, and the fostering of ancillary vendor relations.   As of 2002, Tiempo oversees three thousand six hundred sixty-three (3,663) total housing units.

Agudo Development

Formed in July 2003, Agudo Development LLC is a new full service commercial real estate management and development organization to provide facilities management to CPLC's existing and future commercial properties/buildings owned and/or leased by CPLC.   Agudo will help to make certain that these facilities meet all appropriate licensing standards and safety requirements by various entities (e.g. OSHA, federal, state, and local municipalities, ADA, and etc.).
