Multi Family

Providing affordable rental units has been a major component of CPLC’s affordable housing efforts for many years.  As with home ownership, often the costs associated with securing rental housing are unobtainable for low-moderate income individuals/families.  In order to secure an apartment, a number of security deposits are required.  In most situations, potential renters have insufficient funds to provide a deposit.  To address this dilemma, CPLC currently owns and manages eighteen (18) multi-family and elderly apartment complexes throughout the state of Arizona.  The properties offer rents and deposits that are manageable for low-moderate income clients.  These properties are managed through CPLC’s subsidiary, Tiempo, Inc.
