CPLC provides a wide variety of Behavioral Health services.

CPLC offers a wide range of behavioral health services through two programs: Centro De La Familia, housed at our Maryvale Community Service Center and Centro Esperanza in Mesa.

Centro de la Familia

CPLC Centro De La Familia provides outpatient behavioral health services for families and individuals of all ages. The program offers counseling and therapy services to those living with serious mental illness, general mental health issues, and substance abuse issues. These issues can be related to depression, anxiety, relationships, loss, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts, and trauma from sexual, emotional and/or physical abuse. Outpatient services offer flexible office hours and home-based services for children and their families, public transit accessibility, therapy in English and Spanish, and professional staff who utilize best practice models for treatment.

Substance Abuse Block Grant (SABG) and Community Mental Health Services Block Grant (MHBG) funding is available for substance abuse services at Centro De La Familia.

Centro Esperanza

CPLC Centro Esperanza offers specialized services for SMI populations focusing on case management and psychiatric services.

CARF Accreditation

CARF International is an independent, nonprofit organization that surveys and accredits health and human services providers worldwide. A service or program that is CARF accredited has passed an in-depth on-site review and has demonstrated substantial conformance to internationally recognized standards for quality.
