This is a program to promote the Hispanic leaders in the community who are under the age of 40 and to get more young people involved and making positive contributions in the Phoenix Valley.  The Valley of the Sun continues to grow with amazing speed every year.  Hispanic Leaders in the Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail and Service Industries have brought our Valley to new heights.

A large part of the Valley’s growth can be attributed to energetic and tireless leadership, much of which is driven by young volunteers, entrepreneurs and area leaders growing toward maturity.
