Commercial Development & Management

La Causa Construction

A commercial/residential builder, which develops and builds affordable, single-family housing units for low-income families in economically distressed neighborhoods and rehabilitates homes under federally, funded programs.   To be eligible applicants for the affordable homes, they must be first-time homebuyers; reside in the purchase home; have good credit history; qualify for a mortgage loan; meet HUD's low to moderate income guidelines and have one thousand dollars ($1,000) for the down payment.

Agudo Development

Formed in July 2003, Agudo Development LLC is a new full service commercial real estate management and development organization to provide facilities management to CPLC's existing and future commercial properties/buildings owned and/or leased by CPLC.   Agudo will help to make certain that these facilities meet all appropriate licensing standards and safety requirements by various entities (e.g. OSHA, federal, state, and local municipalities, ADA, and etc.).
