Prestamos Lending Company

To meet the needs of small and emerging businesses and micro enterprises, CPLC has established several small business loan programs in the counties of Maricopa, Coconino, Gila, Graham, Mohave, and Pima.  In view of the success of its loan programs and the continued need and demand for these services, CPLC created Prestamos CDFI, LLC. 

The purpose of Prestamos is to be a financing entity, providing financial products and development services to underserved residents of the community.  Prestamos seeks to expand the economic opportunities available to these residents by providing the means and guidance for them to own, manage and operate business enterprises located in economically under-privileged and depressed areas of the community.  Essential to Prestamos’s mission of providing direct financial assistance, is the company’s ability to assist these individuals or groups in developing the entrepreneurial and management skills necessary for the successful operation of a business enterprise.
