Since 1997, the vision and leadership of La Causa Construction (LCC) has helped hundreds of families throughout southern Arizona, make the dream of home ownership a reality. La Causa Construction builds affordable single-family housing units for low-income families in economically distressed neighborhoods, and rehabilitates homes under federally funded programs. As a subsidiary of CPLC, La Causa Construction is a company that believes in promoting positive change and self-sufficiency within the community through the stabilization neighborhoods and the opportunity for safe, healthy and high quality housing for families.
La Causa Construction has earned a solid reputation for high-quality building and rehabilitation of homes throughout Pima County and in fact has received numerous awards and accolades, including the NACCED Annual Award of Excellence; and an Honorable Mention award at the National Maxwell Awards presented by the Fannie Mae Foundation.
