La Causa Construction

Since 1997, the vision and leadership of La Causa Construction (LCC) has helped more than 320 families throughout Tucson, Arizona, make the dream of home ownership a reality. This in turn has generated an economic impact of approximately of $56,000,000.00 of asset building within the neighborhoods located in Tucson and South Tucson.

As a subsidiary of CPLC, La Causa Construction is a company that believes in promoting positive change and self-sufficiency within the community. La Causa Construction builds affordable single-family housing units for low-income families in economically distressed neighborhoods, and rehabilitates homes under federally funded programs.  In addition, LCC has rehabilitated thirty-two homes in the City of South Tucson, eighteen in Pima County, and five in the City of Tucson

LCC has earned a solid reputation for building high-quality homes throughout the greater Tucson area, and in fact has received numerous awards and accolades, most recently, the NACCED Annual Award of Excellence; and an Honorable Mention award at the National Maxwell Awards presented by the Fannie Mae Foundation.
