Agudo
Agudo Development LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. and is responsible for:
- Providing property management services for all CPLC owned or leased buildings;
- Oversee landlord/tenant relations;
- Direct and be responsible for all CPLC commercial development projects.
- Work with contractors and outside vendors in order to obtain the optimum in goods and services for CPLC; and
- Negotiating contracts and seeking competitive bids for routine services.
Agudo has built/rehabilitated a number of CPLC-owned commercial/retail buildings and continues to search for opportunities to help CPLC achieve their long-term goals.
Currently, there are over 300,000 square feet of space which houses CPLC’s operations, programs and commercial/retail services. Agudo is responsible for establishing general policies under which the commercial properties will operate. Agudo’s oversight includes the effective operation of the buildings and their related financial health, as well as tenant/landlord relations.
